Here's how it works:

1. Write your letter

Create your letters in your word-processing programme as usual (e.g., MS Word, OpenOffice).

2. Print your letter

As soon as you want to print your letter, simply select the "Cloud-Printing-Tronn" printer from the list of printers.

3. Send your letter

Your letter will now be automatically opened in your secure print centre. Here, you will receive all the important information about the letter and the costs. At this point, you can send your letter directly or make adjustments, such as "Send as registered mail".

4. Make adjustments with one click

Attachments, stationery or shipping methods can be seen to quickly and easily. For example, you can send your letter by registered mail with one click. The costs will be directly displayed to you at this point.

5. Printing and shipping

Whether with or without individual adjustments, when you click on shipping, you will receive a clear summary of all contents and costs resulting from your selection.

6. Secure shipping

Your letter and all other data will be transferred securely to the printing centre.

7. To the control centre

After the transfer, you can log in directly to your secure control centre. Here, you will receive all the data about your letter shipment. Among other things, you will be able to see all documents sent to you, and an evaluation of the letters sent and the costs and detailed search functions provide a quick overview of all your postal orders.
